Location is perfect, just steps from the beach. Room cleanliness was disappointing; there was dust everywhere and the shower pressure was low. Enjoyed fishing off the pier and the beach chairs were a nice touch.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The beach is a short walk away and they offer beach chairs. Limited parking and no breakfast provided. Bike rentals available nearby. Shower and some furniture could use better maintenance.

Our ocean view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff, especially Tonya and Brett, made us feel right at home. Plus, the beach access and the pool were the perfect way to spend our days under the sun!

The room layout was efficient, maximizing space with newly renovated laminate tile floors that felt clean and modern. The ocean view was breathtaking, adding to the overall ambiance. Strong Wi-Fi provided reliable connectivity. The bed was comfortable, with the added twin bed accommodating our needs well. upon check-in, there were some cleanliness issues—peanut shells and dirt needed attention. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, useful for drowning out noise but distracting at times. Staff was generally attentive, although check-in delays were frustrating. the thoughtful gestures from management were appreciated.

The hotel's location is commendable. Close to the beach and charming eateries, it allows guests to park and explore without hassle. The staff excels. From friendly front desk personnel to an accommodating tiki bartender, they enhance the experience. the facilities need attention. The room appeared newly renovated, yet cleanliness was an issue. Stains on sheets, unclean bathtubs, and inadequate amenities detracted from potential comfort. A mattress cover is necessary. Noise from a nearby event disrupted our stay, and multiple room transfers highlighted ongoing maintenance issues. I expect better for the price paid, especially during a difficult personal time. A partial refund would be appreciated to address these grievances.

Chillin' at the beach, hittin' up the Tiki Bar at the pool – total vibes! Our room was dope, ocean view and hi, speed Wi, Fi for our squad of four. Perfect mix of beach vibes and cozy room – totally LIT!
Just one thing , wish they had more nightlife for us party, goers! .

the location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach. The staff, especially Latonya at the front desk, was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. there were several areas that needed improvement. the cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. In one room, we found trash, dirty laundry, and even a bathroom tub that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. This was definitely not up to standard. there were maintenance issues that impacted our stay. In one room, we experienced a leak from the ceiling at 2 am, which left our room drenched and led to a safety hazard for my child who slipped on the wet floor. The response from the front office was disappointing, as there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. communication regarding fees and services was lacking. We were surprised to be charged destination fees without prior information, and the lack of daily cleaning services made our stay uncomfortable. while the Tybee had some positive aspects like its proximity to the beach and friendly staff, the issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and communication need to be addressed.

The ocean view from my room is simply unbeatable. You can easily stroll to shops and restaurants while enjoying the beachfront vibe.
The pool was cloudy and not exactly inviting.

We truly enjoyed our stay, as we were just steps away from the beautiful beach and had easy access to multiple shops and restaurants, making our walks around Tybee Island a delight every day; the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely view, although the microwave could’ve worked better, but that didn't take away from our amazing experience.

The beach view room was spectacular, thanks to the staff’s assistance in switching us. Close access to the beach made every day easy and enjoyable, with nearby dining options within a short walk. the cleanliness was a letdown. Our fridge had sticky leftovers, and we ended up cleaning the sandy floor ourselves. The check-in was frustratingly late, especially after a long drive, with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. While the ambiance was nice, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Still, the bikes and beach time kept us coming back year after year.

The snooker tables were in great shape and well maintained. We had a blast playing while enjoying cold drinks from the bar.
It wasn't the cheapest place, but it was still fine.

Our family trip to the beautiful hotel on Tybee Island was a dream come true! The shores of Tybee Island offered endless fun for our large family, with the perfect mix of laid-back relaxation and exciting adventures. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, pier, and delicious dining spots, making it a fantastic setting for our family getaway.
My wife says that better soundproofing would make it more family-friendly.

I felt classy and safe facing the ocean in my inspired room with a private balcony. I swam with dolphins and relaxed on beach chairs, enjoying the laid-back vibes and adventures. Perfect for bachelorettes.
Dealing with daily messes and excuses was such a delightful touch.

tybee was wonderful! the bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. we loved the view from the balcony. staff was very prompt in moving our room when there was a leak in the ceiling. the location was perfect for beach and pavilion access and very close to the few desirable restaurants. the room was very nice and i especially liked the safe. i booked too late to get a beachfront view, but if i had it would have been a nearly perfect hotel for a weekend at the beach.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and gave us great tips about the area. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and pier. We opted for the ocean view room, which was totally worth the extra cost for the stunning scenery it offered.
We encountered a few drawbacks during our stay. The sliding glass door in our room was broken, and there was some litter in the parking area from rowdy guests.

Wow, I absolutely loved how close the hotel was to the beach! Within just a few steps, you're right by the ocean, which was perfect for a morning stroll. The rooms were spotless and had no carpets, which was a big plus for keeping everything clean. The bed was super comfy, and having beach chairs available was a nice touch.
The water pressure and temperature in the shower could have been better. the layout of the bathroom was a bit cramped, with limited space and signs of rust and mildew due to the moisture.

We had a blast during our stay at Tybee Island! The updated rooms were cozy and the pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep. The beachfront location was perfect for our family, and the kids loved playing in the pool. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the pier, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the island. it was a fantastic experience and we're already planning to come back next year!
The public access to the beach outside our room, which led to some noise at night. Additionally, parts of the beach were closed off due to a movie filming, limiting our access.

the location was perfect for beach access and close to restaurants. the room was very nice and had a safe. the hotel provided beach chairs and towels which was a huge plus. and you can get two free drinks from the tiki bar.
